    It's silky smooth and creamy until it reaches the bottom, where i can still see some of the eggs not mixed in properly.. How do I solve this problem? Use a whisk instead of just the fork to beat the eggs? I'm just mixing everything in my small ramekin, so space is an issue.

    Next time I should add some ginger tea into it. First time attempted the steamer, definitely better than short-cut microwaving.
